Meet Gay and George
Gay and George live in their owner-occupied residence. George
had spent a couple of years renovating and improving the property,
which gave them good equity in their property.
Wanting to get ahead, they decided to buy and investment
unit in Brisbane which had a particularly good return.
Using the equity in their property to raise the cash for
a deposit, a second loan for the balance was raised using
the new property as security for second loan.
All the details were taken care of, raising the deposit and
the new loan, tracking the loan to make sure that valuations
and loan agreements were expedited within the time frames
to ensure settlement occurred on time.
