About my service
Why use me?
As your broker, I offer choice in home loans, convenience and
my expertise. I save you the time and energy in finding the
most suitable loan benefiting you for years to come. I take
out all the stress and worry and deal with the lenders on your
behalf.
Best of all, my service to you is free (see
My Remuneration below)* – I charge a commission to the
lender on settlement of a loan. You do not pay any more for
your loan by using my service!
What do I do?
Each customer is special and has unique needs that demand personal
attention. After assessing your needs, I check available loans
from a variety of lenders on my panel of lenders and seek out
a loan package which best suits your needs. I save you the time
and energy in comparing loans from a range of lenders, obtaining
information about interest rates, fees and costs. I simplify
the process from application through to settlement, keeping
you fully informed on the progress so that your home-buying
process remains a pleasant experience! My Qualifications
As an accredited member of the Mortgage and Finance Association
of Australia (MFAA), I am bound by a Code of Conduct which governs
the ethics of its members which includes lenders and brokers.
I hold a Cert III in Mortgage Lending and ongoing professional
development training. I hold accreditations with the majority
of lenders on our lending panel. My Remuneration
I do not charge you for my services. My advice to you is free.
I am paid a commission by the lender after the loan settles.
In some circumstances, lenders will charge an upfront fee. These
are usually commercial loans and some non-conforming loans.
Part of this upfront fee may be paid to me as a commission.
Compliance
In offering you my service, I am bound by the Consumer Credit
Administration Act in NSW, which became effective on 1st August
2004, to provide you with a Finance Brokers Agreement which
gives you full disclosure of loans details and remunerations.
